Questions

Does AgentDock include AI model access?
No. You bring your own Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Google or NVIDIA access, or a local model, and each provider sets its own billing and limits. AgentDock is the desktop app around them, not a reseller. An ordinary ChatGPT subscription does not automatically include OpenAI API usage.
Do I need Pro to use a provider?
No. Every supported provider is free, including NVIDIA NIM and Sarness. Pro adds capabilities built on top: AIgency, the Agent Browser, virtual desktops, automations, creative production and advanced orchestration.
Is Pro a separate download?
No. There is one AgentDock app per platform. Sign in with your Sarja Account and Pro unlocks in the same installation.
How does the app know I have Pro?
Pro belongs to your Sarja Account. AgentDock checks your plan with Sarja; your projects and conversations are never sent. Offline, Pro keeps working for up to 72 hours.
What happens if a payment fails or I'm refunded?
Pro ends when Stripe reports the subscription is no longer active, and you keep the Free app. A full refund of the current period ends Pro immediately.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in Stripe’s billing portal. Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
What happened to Orbit?
Orbit, the separate desktop app for Antigravity, is discontinued and its functionality has been merged into AgentDock.
